Decrease Credit Limit - Non-Profit Business

Step 1: Download Business Maintenance Form

Step 2: Fill out the contact section of the form

• Fill out company name, contact email, phone number, billing address, and billing/control account number

Step 3: Check Decrease limit  on existing account(s)

Step 4: On the line for Other state decrease limit to and the amount you want for the new limit

Step 5: (Optional) Fill out the table

• If you are decreasing the limits on specific cards only please fill out the table with the information on the cards and in requested credit limit place the new limit you are requesting.
• If you are decreasing the limit on the overall account and not on specific cards you do not need to fill out this section.

Step 6: Sign the bottom of the form
